Warranties

Product Parts warranty claims are for 21 days from the date of purchase with the exceptions of OEM processors (CPUs) and memory modules (14 days). Contact the manufacture directly concerning warranty claims after 21 days. All parts submitted for warranty must be returned in the condition they were sold. Any physical damage or sign of over clocking will void the warranty.

Non-cancelable Orders

All CPU, memory (RAM), IBM and COMPAQ PRODUCT ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE, DOA replacement only.

We will process all reasonable returns as painlessly as possible. We offer 30/60/90 day money-back guarantee only as allowed by the individual manufacturers on all our products, except software, ram/memory, CPU, IBM and Compaq product less shipping charges

In case of a defective product, we'll pay to ship it back to you via UPS ground if you live the continental US. Customer can pay for any express shipping when needed. Customers outside the continental US must pay for the shipping both ways under all conditions – unless there is mutually accepted WRITTEN agreement to the contrary. There are many manufacturers will allow us to do a cross ship when requested by customer. Credit card must be used to secure all cross ship. Customer is responsible to ship the defective product back to us within two weeks. Any delay may result in manufacturer voiding our RMA.
