Payment Methods

• Terms upon receipt include Net 1, 7, 15, 30.
• By Credit card – Approval required prior to product order placement with the supplier.
• By Check – Funds must be available and the check cleared before shipping product.
• Customers’ who are delinquent making term payments may be required to pay by credit card.

• 1.5% Late Fee will be calculated and charged monthly for invoices that are 10 days beyond payment terms.

Payment by credit card

• Applied Computer Online Services validates each credit card, confirming key information to ensure your protection and prevent fraud.
• Product is not ordered until customers’ credit card is approved and accepted.
• Warning: It is a violation of law to purchase in a false name or with an invalid credit card, even if our software initially accepts such a purchase. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits an unique internet address to us which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Please do not ruin the fun for everyone by testing us with such a false action. This puts you at substantial personal legal risk. Fraudulent purchasers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Currently, both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating all Internet fraud cases.

Payment by check

• Applied Computer Online Services has the option of holding orders until verification of available funds.
• Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 handling charge.
