Customer Information

  • The customer provides sufficient information to confirm they are a customer in good faith, (non-fraudulent, capable of paying for purchases and reliable).
  • The customer places an order by submitting a purchase order (PO). Applied Computer Online Services reserves the right to refuse customer PO’s within one (1) business day, for any reason.

Order Placement

  • The submission methods of a PO vary. Applied Computer Online Services accepts PO’s over FAX, web and Email. Postal mail is also acceptable. However, postal mail has an inherent delay in order processing and offers no guarantee of pricing or product availability.
  • Applied Computer Online Services treats customer information as confidential and maintains this data in a secure environment (Refer to Privacy policy).

Maintaining Current Customer Information

  • Applied Computer Online Services updates and reconfirms customer information during the order placement process.
  • The customer is responsible to ensure the correctness of profile information:
