Customer Information
- The customer must provide sufficient information to confirm that they are a customer of good faith, (non-fraudulent, capable of paying for purchases and reliable).
- The customer can place an order by submitting a purchase order (PO). Applied Computer Online Services reserves the right to refuse a customer's PO within one business day.
Order Placement
- The submission methods of a PO vary. Applied Computer Online Services accepts PO’s over fax, web, and e-mail. Postal mail is also acceptable. However, postal mail has an inherent delay in order processing and offers no guarantee of pricing or product availability.
- Applied Computer Online Services treats customer information as confidential and maintains this data in a secure environment (Refer to Privacy policy).

Maintaining Current Customer Information
- Applied Computer Online Services updates and reconfirms customer information during the order placement process.
- The customer is responsible to ensure the correctness of profile information:
- Financial information
- Ordering information
- Shipping carrier information
- Contact information
