Small Order Handling Charges

  • Under $100, a $10 handling fee applies.

  • Between $100 and $200, a $5 handling fee of applies ($10 APO Shipping).

International Shipment
Typically, all international shipment ship out from our San Jose warehouse only. Thus inbound freight charge and lead time applies for non-local stock. Posted price assumes shipping within US. International customers are encouraged to check stock with sales. more details...


Product Warranties and Returns
Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated). In general, customer may submit RMA request within 21 days from date of purchase. Product must be in Brand New UNOPENED condition. There are some exceptions. The following are Non- Returnable and Non-Cancelable, DOA replacement only.

  • CPU, Memory, or Flash Drives

  • Discontinued or End-of-Life Product

  • Factory Refurbished Product

  • Special Order and Manufacturer Direct Ship Product

  • Customized or Configured Product

  • Non-stock Product (as permitted by supplier)

Restocking fee applies for all non-defective return. NO RETURN accepted after 21 days. No return for most opened or damaged product. Defective warranty claims must be submitted to manufacturer directly after 21 days. more details...

RMA Policy
The Return of purchased product is an exception in business transactions. Customers purchase product with the intent of placing it in service for their customer in some form, either by itself or in a finished product. Product sold is assumed to be in new condition (unless otherwise identified), fully conforming to manufacture specifications.
